Twenty One Plus
42.8% v/v · Blended Indian Whisky · Chamundi Distillery, Hoskote
Rich earthy cereal. Soft malt. Fruit at the finish, then the oak dries.
Kept back for ourselves.
For as long as anyone remembers, Chamundi Distillery has quietly bottled whisky on behalf of others. Twenty‑One Plus is the one we kept back — a gentle, golden blend, built slowly and bottled only when it asks to be.

Three things, in agreement.
An imported four‑year Scotch malt, Indian malts matured in oak, and the finest hand‑picked grain spirit — chosen one element at a time.
Read it slowly.
Rich earthy cereal carries the first breath. Beneath, a soft malted weight. At the top, orchard fruit. Lean in.
It arrives sweet and unfussy. The middle firms slightly — a quiet centre — before easing back. Never to be wrestled.
Medium length. The fruit returns first, sweeter now. Then the oak walks in late, dries the corners, and asks for another.
Four motions, in order.
Hoskote. Bengaluru rural.
A quiet plot a half‑hour east of the city, where two copper pots breathe slowly under a tin roof. The malt rests in oak. The grain is hand‑picked. Nothing is hurried.
